A teaser site is up, and the marketing team sends word that pricing for the 57 units will begin at $1.5 million. The LEED-seeking building at 301 East 50th Street will rise 29 stories, and feature a limestone facade and French modernist-inspired interiors, all designed by COOKFOX.
